The idea of pursuing a career in real estate first came while Bo and his wife were exploring the idea of purchasing an investment property. During this time a real estate agent suggested that he look into becoming an agent due to his engaging personality. However, Bo gives credit to Emerson Partner, John Mulryan, for persuading him to join him at Emerson due to the network he has built as a small business owner and his endearing personality.
Although Bo is new to the real estate industry, he has years of experience working with clients and customers in different industries. Most recently, Bo became owner of a kickboxing studio in Millbury. After working out at the studio for a few years, Bo took ownership and recently celebrated his one year anniversary this past August. Bo fell in love with the workout, the concept of the workout structure–which focuses on no class times, and the people he meets there.
When not working, Bo enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children (ages 8, 5, and 1). Bo sites Starbucks as one of his favorite local establishments as his one year old has him slightly sleep deprived! Other local establishments he frequents are ones that include and involve his children. His life is consumed by bouncy houses, indoor/outdoor playgrounds and the like!
Bo’s favorite thing about his job is the opportunity he gets to meet so many new people from all walks of life. He genuinely enjoys engaging with prospects to see what their goals are and how he can help establish them. His wife always says that he has never met a stranger before; he has a unique ability to establish a relationship with someone in a very short period of time.
